Mr. Vilas K. Bhosle
Mr. Vilas K. Bhosle is the founder and head of J-Tech Engineering. A leading entrepreneur in the ambit of formwork and customized fabrication, he holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Mechanical Engineering and brings over sixteen years of rich academic and industry expertise, both in India and overseas. A prestigious project titled 'Solar Cooking Redefined' was internationally acclaimed as the runner-up at the 41st Middle East Electricity Award in 2016 under the category 'Future Generation'. Honesty, hard work, and commitment, coupled with strong team-building skills, have shaped J-Tech Engineering into a leading customized fabrication and assembly unit.
Mr. Nilesh Shah
Nilesh Shah is the Tax Advisor at J-Tech Engineering and a promoter of Nilesh Shah & Co. Having started his firm in 2014, Nilesh brings close to 14 years of experience in taxation, accounting, and consulting, having worked with various large multinational corporations in India. As an owner, Nilesh is deeply committed to maintaining commitments in the areas of ethics, compliance, and financial integrity. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
Mr. Mukesh
Mr. Mukesh works with J-Tech Engineering as our Production Supervisor. He has over 12 years of vast experience in formwork and customized fabrication work, successfully guiding assigned projects smoothly while maintaining a rigorous safety and quality management system. He is an expert in managing manpower for complex fabrication and assembly work, interfacing directly with clients for project coordination, and has previously worked with notable organizations such as Larsen & Toubro (L&T, Himachal Pradesh site), ECBT Private Ltd (Chandigarh), Maine Private Ltd (Delhi), KTPL (Rajasthan), and Technocraft (Mumbai).
